Smorgasbord

My doctor literally said I have a smorgasbord of problems. He's great, but it was just funny he said that. Hopefully they will all be "easily" fixed. I am now up to three things that could have lead to my losses; the hetero MTHFR and hetero Factor V and now this. I went in for the sonohystergram today and they found something in my uterus. Possibly left from pregnancy, but not likely. More likely a fibroid or polyp that will have to be removed. Great. Another surgery. When are things going to start getting better? Every time I start feeling like I am moving forward, something knocks me back again. This sucks.
